Terms and Conditions
Clients are subject to using the blueprint for their own personal goals and are able to use the resources provided in the program at any time. Clients understand that the material inside of the program is NOT to be used to heal or cure any medical conditions. Clients understand that this is NOT a one on one based coaching experience and are required to learn the material on their own time. Clients understand that it is up to them to determine the success of their time within the program and is NOT up to the creator of the program. Clients understand that they can join the TMB community for daily guidance and assistance during their time in the program. Clients understand that the TMB community chat can be discontinued at anytime. The average response rate for questions in the community chat are between 6-48hours. Bullying, harassment and posting harmful content within the community chat will result in termination of your access to TMB and all of it's resources without a refund.
 
Billing and Refund Policy
As stated on the website, TMB is a one time fee. There are NO refunds provided on this program (the viral manifestation blueprint). Clients will have access to the blueprint for as long as they wish. There are no hidden contracts within the blueprint. No usage on the account does not qualify as a reason for refunds, as it is up to client to determine how long they wish to remain in the blueprint. By enrolling into TMB, you as the client understand that it is fully your responsibility to learn the material at your own pace.

Klarna, After Pay & Affirm Payments:
If clients choose to use Klarna, After Pay or Affirm as their payment method, they understand that these third-party services facilitate installment payments or financing and are solely responsible for managing and fulfilling their payment agreements with Klarna, After Pay or Affirm. Jessica is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of these services, including but not limited to late fees, declined payments, or disputes. Clients acknowledge that their payment agreement with Klarna, After Pay or Affirm is separate from the terms of this service, and all payments made through these platforms are still considered non-refundable. Any questions or concerns about Klarna, After Pay or Affirm payments must be directed to their respective customer support teams.
